Payments + S&H

To place an order you must visit the "SHOP" page and then add products to your cart. You will be prompted to select from one of our payment options during the checkout process.
We currently have 3 payment options:

  1. Cash

  1. ​Money order

Cash

​    When paying with cash please send the exact amount of money in a well concealed, stamped envelope. Please also include a hand-written or printed invoice of your selected items.
    When you send cash in the mail it is always at your own risk! We cannot be held responsible for any payments lost in transit, and we do advise mailing with a tracking number.


​Money orders

     We accept USPS and Western Union money orders. Send them in a stamped envelope and post payment for the exact amount owed and pay to the order of "SLI." Please also include a hand-written or printed receipt of your selected items.

When you send us a payment in the mail please notify us and let us know that we should be expecting it. Please allow us 2 days after receiving your payment to get your seeds on their way. Many times we ship out the same day.

Credit cards

We currently accept all major credit cards. When completing payment using a credit card you agree that the card is valid and you are the legal cardholder. (Third party credit card payments will not be accepted.) Your billing information must match that which is listed on your card. If they don't match then your bank will not authorize the payment.

Shipping Terms

  • All seed orders ship for free via first-class mail (2-4 days). 
  • All live-plant orders will incur a $10 shipping charge for every 6 plants ordered.
  • SunLounger Industries cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your order while in the hands of the courier.
  • If your shipment goes missing we will immediately start the investigative process with the carrier. Depending on the specifics, the process could take a few days in order to identify and track the package. Once we have the necessary information, we will offer you a new shipment or a refund in the case that the fault is our own.​

Refunds and Cancellations

  • We a​ccept cancellations of orders just as long as the order is still in our possession and has not yet shipped. 
  • If you wish to cancel a paid-order please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can start the refund process.
  • Upon receiving the goods, if the seeds or plants are damaged please notify us immediately via phone or email, so that we can make it right. Please note that we will require photos of the damaged product along with its packaging as proof of the claim before we send out replacements.
  • If the particular variety is not in stock we will ship out items of equal or lesser value. We can also issue a store credit, or a refund via money order. ​ Shipping costs, if any, will not be reimbursed.
